Appointment Policies

Please read this page to ensure you have a GREAT experience! I expect my clients to abide by these policies as a condition of doing business with me. If you have questions, feel free to email me at hello@montavilladesign.com.

Booking

Appointments can be scheduled using the online booking system.

To keep things simple for everyone, I unfortunately cannot accept appointment requests via email.

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment time.

Appointment reminders

You'll receive email and text reminders 48 hours before your session. This gives you ample time to cancel or reschedule before the 24-hour point so that you can avoid late fees.

Although these reminders are sent as a courtesy, it is ultimately up to you to remember your appointment.

Canceling & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the start time without penalty.

Any changes past the 24-hour point, including no-shows, will incur a late fee.

Late fees

If you late-cancel or no-show to your appointment, your card on file will be

charged $50.

You can avoid this fee by:

• Attending your appointment

• Sending someone in your place

• Canceling/rescheduling 24+ hours in advance

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid appointments will be granted if the appointment is canceled more than 24 hours before the start time.

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

• Late-cancels

• No-shows

• Services/appointments rendered

• Client arrives late

• Client removes card on file

Session times & logistics

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. During that time, you will have my full, undivided attention as a professional designer.

If you arrive late to your appointment, you will receive whatever time remains. You will still be responsible for the full session fee.
